I am retired.  Many years ago when I lived in Leeds I started the family tree and made several trips to Tadcaster to try and find the location of my great grandparents house which is still there on Leeds Road as well as the front of their house which is near the top of the hill.  My father use to play in the local streets.  Now that I have a little time I am trying to continue finding out about the family.  I have visited the two places where Richard and Charles are in France, but the Commonwealth War Graves Commission have no trace of Ernest.  I will in due course get a birth certificate because I believe that they are listing him as Ernest Pearson and not Ernest P Plows.  I have yet to prove this, but do not know if he had any family who are also doing the family tree.
